  I took Dacia Sandero from Europcar and I am very satisfied. The car was in good condition (almost brand new), there was an affordable option to take it straight from the airport without having credit card (a major and totally unexplainable problem by other car lenders), be prepared to leave 300 Eur deposit though. Sandero while being quite big car with high suspension, fitting 2 people and 2 bikes inside is in the same price range, as super-micro-small VW Up! by other companies. The check-out was very quick and the only nuisance was waiting for getting back my deposit while the clock was ticking.

  Do not hire from these bandits!!! I have never hired a car abroad before so didnt know what to expect. I got my car... nobody checked it over with me. The electic fob for keys didnt work -so only worked manually. During my stay I went to masca and someone tried to break into the car so it broke the lock. I had to wait 2 hours in the dark by myself for a replacement car. (this got taken out of my deposit - fine).The next day I took a spanish lady to talk on my behalf and to collect my belongings. The manager opened car with electric key ( fixed it overnight and denied it was ever broken). The day before this incident I filled the tank up so when it went back it was nearly full (when I got it, it was 1/4 full). The replacement car had a full tank and when my spanish freind talked to the manager, he said to "bring it back empty" and shook both our hands. On returning the car, I have been charged 49.20 euros petrol. The company only emailed me the invoice AFTER my flight had left so now I am trying to sort it out from the UK and they are not having any of it. TOTAL W***ERS. I AM FUMING. There are plenty of other car rentals over there so please use them!!

  P.S. I think that "autorisen" subtitle is confusing, looks like the company is german-speaking, but I bet most of clients come from other countries.

  Very good prices. Easy to find in airport. Smoothly return process. We left the key to company's agent in the parking lot. No need to go to the office. I recommend full insurance, car was scratch with a key all over the place in a public parking and there was no extra charge or issue when we returned the car. Fair fuel policy, you receive it 3/4 full and return it with the same amount of fuel.

  The worst company ever. I paid extra insurance of the car, at the desk of the their branch at the airport i paid deposit which i wouldnt be refunded back but i was covered no matter what happens and even i was told this one. Then we had a small accident where our car had just few scratches and dipped carosery. Well according to police report the driver who drove into us ran the whole discussion with police, noone asked me about my version... All of the sudden money gone from bank acc. Calling them and one of the managers told me if i had the biggest insurance i should be refunded back.. Nothing. And communication via email? Dead, Nothing... no response within a weeks on such an important topic to discuss and nobody bothers to answer my questions... Very very disapointed.
